Blank Screen

When I log into my computer I am getting a blank screen - even had someone restart my computer and it is still happening.  Normally I never get a blank screen on my iphone if I try that and I am gett...

Have you recently installed or updated any security software on your computer? Some security software (often provided for online banking protection), specifically block screen sharing.
