Blank Screen

When I log into my computer I am getting a blank screen - even had someone restart my computer and it is still happening.  Normally I never get a blank screen on my iphone if I try that and I am getting the blank screen there also.  HELP!

    Hi bobbiejor,

     

    Have you recently installed or updated any security software on your computer? Some security software (often provided for online banking protection), specifically block screen sharing.
