Hi to all,
recently, out IT team had a lot of support tickets that indicates problems whit logmein pro.
Users has explained that they can connect to logmein through web and desktop access, but connections to remote workstation suddenly stop working.
They need to close the application or web console and relaunch it, in some cases that action works but in most cases the connection will hang again.
This behavior can occurs on a office site (with a fortigate firewall) or home office directly to an ISP.
All users are Windows 10/11

Do the users see any error messages at all? Do they see any messages about network instability before the session drops?
