Me and my team are currently facing issues where we will be logged out of the LogMeIn Client a couple of times every hour, forcing us to sign in again with a security code.
We hadn't seen this problem before the recent password / security issues.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Hi @newuser001 welcome to the GoTo Community. Can you try the following: In your Pro Account go to settings and go into trusted devices revoke the devices, log out and log in and trust the device again. Let me know if that helps.
