I have submitted a cancelation support ticket for you. I do see your calls over the last week, but none show a hold time as you describe.
For anyone else wishing to cancel, when you contact us through our support site you will have the option to Call Support or Email Support your request
Will somebody please contact me so I can cancel my subscription, why is this is hard, near to impossible?????

Please write an e-mail for cancellation of subscription from Czech republic.

** If you cannot find a local telephone number there, then use the 'Open Ticket' option to receive an email follow-up from Support.
