I just purchased the new iPad. I am unable to enter my password to my Remote Desktop.

Hi Spfeltman

Can you confirm what operating system the host PC is running? 

 

Are you able to test the mobile functionality with any other hosts to confirm the issue is local?

I was finally able to reach tech support and was able to resolve the issue.
