I have a user who can't change the resolution. The only option available in the logmein toolbar is Match Resolution and 1024x768. When I click on match resolution it resets back to 1024x768 and nothing changes.
The host computer is Mac 13.3 and a screen width of 2560x1600.
The remote computer is windows 10 21h1 and there is no monitor attached

I'm not sure what you mean by which desktop app? I downloaded the LMI exe file from our account
I have a screen shot of my LMI software ver if that helps
Can you see if the resolution posted in this thread works in your case?
Yes I looked through this forum before posting, but the solution that you linked I have tried and it did not resolve our issue
@remoterefuge @Anon109167 Do you see the same issues when the host PC disables the screen blanking feature?
