Logmein Cannot Match Resolution

Hello I have searched and tried the various fixes to this problem and they have not worked.   I am logged in remotely and when I try to match my resolution it only allows me to set it to 1280x768 (...

Remote PC:

Display 1: LG HD Plus connected to NVIDIA GeForce GT710 1280x768 VGA

Display 2: LG HD Plus connected to Startech Trigger USB 1280x768 VGA

rmarzano  Do you remember if this was working properly before?  

 

Is the host PC enabling the screen blanking function while you are remotely connected?

      rmarzano  Can you try disabling Screen Blanking on the Host PC, then adjust the resolutions, before turning Screen Blanking back on again?
