Should I be able to hear the sound from my office computer on my iPhone when using logmein.com? If so, what do I need to adjust in order to hear sound?

Remote sound is not available from the Ignition app for iPhone/iPad at this time. I will submit your inquiry as a feature request on you behalf.

To log into remote I must click on blue highlighted area.  It has gone away and I cannot connect
