Logmein Users Forced to Setup 2FA a second time

We upgraded to Pro last year and setup a policy to force all users to setup 2FA. Which they were.

Starting this month I have multiple users including myself who already had 2FA setup with an authenticator and after login are asked to setup 2FA as if it was never setup.  This is confusing many of our users.

Is this due to some glitch with the GoToMeet merger?

Hi @PathlineITGuy some customers have been asked to reset their password, which is most likely why many in your organization are seeing this.
