Remote use with linux cannot login to websote
We have a user at work with a windows PC. Logmein client installed. He is home on a linux machine, opened logmein.com on firefox and chrome and when he logs in, gets and error:
I thought this would work as it's web based

And that's true to access a windows PC from a linux machine? I totally get accessing a linux machine as there is not client for the linux. But you can't use firefox or chrome on linux and access a windows machine?

Unfortunately, Linux, Chromebook, and Windows RT are not supported. If the user does not have access to a Mac or Windows PC we also have mobile apps.
