I’m trying to reset my LogMeIn password, but I don’t see the email in the inbox or spam/junk mail. Please advise. Thank you

The password reset email will come from do-not-reply@logmein.com, you may need to check with your IT person if you are unable to locate the email.
What do you mean by the IT person?
I noticed that your email address uses a custom domain (it's not Gmail or Yahoo), so whoever set up your company email. If you are not finding the password reset emails in your spam folder it may be being filtered out right when it hits your network.
Do you mean from Godaddy?
If that is who you are using to receive your email, then yes. You will want to review their documentation and look for any quarantined email, also look for a Safe or Trusted Senders list where you can add our do-not-reply@logmein.com email address.

The filters were not on. is it possible that the company erased my account when they merged with GoTo? The reason I asked is that when I created a new account, it didn’t ask if the email was taken.
