I am using a mac to connect remotely to work and have ad no problems. Now for the last two days it says cannot connect check internet connection and try again. Gives no error code. There are no problems with my internet or works internet.
Have you been able to do any troubleshooting at the host computer end? If not, I would first try connecting from an alternate device or network to rule out any local problems. If the connection failure persists, try rebooting the Host PC or re-installing LogMeIn there.
I took my mac into the office today. Did an update the office computer and the mac connect fine but now I'm back home and it won't connect again. If i go through logmein.com to connect it tries but gets halfway and just stops.
