[error] Your PC is offline on LMI Host

I have been using LogMeIn Host for the past two years, and it was working fine on my Windows 7 system. However, for the past month, it has been showing my PC as offline. When I try to reinstall the LMI host, it still shows my PC as offline. 

 

I tried troubleshooting the issue by pinging and tracert-ing the LMI server, but there was no there problem. However, while capturing the packets using Wireshark, I noticed that the connection gets ACK but as soon as my host software sends the Client hello Packet using TLSv1.2, there is a problem. 

 

Can someone help me out with this issue?

    Hello 

    Thank you for the solution. I have two systems having this issue, both running Windows 7 32-bit. On one of the systems, this worked, but I still have one system that is still facing the issue.
