iPad Bluetooth keyboard up and down arrows dont function

Recently the up and down arrows which move the cursor up and down will not function properly when logged into my desktop from my iPad. I am using a Bluetooth keyboard. The onscreen iPad keyboard lets me move the cursor up and down but not the Bluetooth keyboard. The up and down functions work everywhere other than log me in. Any help is appreciated. I even bought a new keyboard with no luck.

    @Rbiechler  Do you know if there are any firmware updates for the bluetooth device?

    Yes,  I didnt start having the issues until a couple of weeks ago. I use that function all of the time and now that it doesn’t work its devastating.

    Hi Rbiechler

    Were you previously able to control the arrow keys with LMI Pro remote connections, or is this the first time you've tested the bluetooth functionality?
