Suggestion: Option to extend PIN Code timer past 24 hours

It would be nice to have a 48 hour and 72 hour option for the PIN code. In our organization we often have technicians scheduling sessions throughout the week and sometimes find the 24 hour option is too limited.

    Hello, my friend, I have a problem with the rescue program. When I send the invitation code, it only takes 20 minutes. I want it to stay 24 hours. I want a lot of customers waiting.

    Hi,

     

    Something you can do currently is assign each tech a dedicated channel and use that to have sessions vs pin code. If you contact Support they can contact us to add more channels.
