Unable to launch multiple rescue sessions
I am able to launch a remote rescue session, but once I am connected I am not able to start another one. However everyone else is. Is there any fix for this? I will attach a picture as well: as you can see I cannot create a new session once I have already started one

I suspect that this is due to an account setting, have you checked with the admin on your account?
