Hi,
Are you working on making unattended access survive windows updates, as it's pretty fragile, requiring a log of unattended service removal and reinstallation, which is time consuming. Failing that, a quick way of removing the old unattended service would be good. At the moment it's a run as admin command prompt sc delete <find the name of service from services and put here > Which is not quick.

Hello MarvinTPA!
We are aware of the UA fragility during larger Win10 updates like from 1709 to 1803. There is a minor bug that the Dev team has identified, but that wasn't the main root cause. At this point I cannot tell you when we will fix the issue.
Thank you for the understanding.

Sandor

We are unable to connect with unattended access, access if the end yours starts a logmein rescue session or even connect to a user if we sent up a session and have them follow the link.... any update on a possible fix for this?
@Zee-m Sorry!
