New Feature! To exclude Remote Control on mobile devices, follow these steps:
- Log into the Admin Console
- Select a Technician Group on the left tree
- Click on the Organization tab at the top of the screen
- In the Permissions section, add a checkmark to Excluding remote control for mobile devices
- Click Save
Fixes:
- An issue that prevented the remote control of certain desktops was fixed
- An outdated AD Sync file was updated
