When logged into an Unattended Session, the client Server Name is displayed if you mouse over the Session Info on the left side ribbon or is always visible if you expand the left side ribbon. Please include the option for the name of the technician to appear when they are connected to a remote session. Currently, when we want to connect, we have to internally validate who the person is to approve access. Keyboard controls to work with Android tablets when swipe is difficult on remote sessions due to latency issues. Bare minimum is not having to swipe up on a computer to open a tablet. Is it possible to leave for user unattended session window open after session is closed? So users can see notes, chat especially if they weren't at the computer when admin logged in to device? We noticed that a user can uninstall a the Unattended client, which removes the managed device with no notice to admins. It should be possible to send the text I have on the clipboard to a specific field on the remote computer I am using. For example, when I switch users, I have to manually type it, which is very tedious, especially for long passwords. We migrated from GoToAssit to GoToResolve for its extended capabilities, like Remote Execution, terminal access and File Management. Those have been great. What is missing, is the ability to invite another Tech into a session. This can only be done if not using the unattended version of the client. If the session is created with "Instant Remote Support" option. A support key is then generated and can be shared.
