I have an original Blackmagic Design Web Presenter that solves it for me. I take the audio and video from my ATEM (usually as a single SDI or HDMI feed, though this device can accept audio via XLR and RCA as well) and send it to the Gen 1 Web Presenter. The Web Presenter downsamples to 1280x720, connects as a webcam, and works well. The downsampled full-frame video will usually look superior to higher resolution videos in GTW and will decrease bandwidth requirements. Frequently, the 720p version will outperform the 1080p version on legibility of busy or text-heavy slides. These first-generation devices have been discontinued, but you can still find them on eBay and other sites for about $150 (on this date).
