I have this same problem since the latest version of Goto with my windows machine. The minute I connect I can only hear out of the right ear piece. It's been getting worse and worse. Over the last year, support for 7.1 surround head as failed, you now have to do workarounds and now just one headset works. Very disappointed with whoever upgraded the tools and didn't take into account the various types of hardware on headsets.5.9KViews0likes0Comments
