I noticed only 412 people were logged in, which is less than 17%. Our typical attendance rate is 25% and that would have been 650. I knew there was a problem when I noticed so few people in the session. We received emails from about 60 people, but I know more than that were blocked from joining due to the low attendance rate. The emails I received were split between people using the app on their iPhones and those using computers. Many reported trying on both types of devices. Some reported an error message, and some reported being required to download the app even though it was already installed. Others reported having to fill out a never-ending registration form in a loop even though they were registered. So far Technical Support has been no help. I've now been on hold for almost an hour. Re: Email Templates In all the years I have used GoToWebinar, the email templates (confirmation, reminders, follow-up) have never been improved. It would be wonderful if HTML support could be added in addition to correcting any errors. Registrants from New Zealand cannot complete the registration form I have a lot of potential attendees in New Zealand. They are all complaining that entering the country wipes out all the other data they've just completed, and they can not proceed to complete their registration form. They did not show up in both Android and Apple devices. Do you have information about why the link to the recording did not show up? We have another webinar this week with one 6,000 people registered and I know most are counting on the link to the recording. We can't have this happen again because we get a deluge of email.Recording link did not show up in follow up emails HI, Yesetday the follow up email to those who attended and those who did not attend our webcast did not include the link to the recording. We've presented over 475 webcasts, so we know how to set the system to automatically include the link. This was not user error. Re: A lot of potential registrants can't pick the State HI, I think the problem with the form is the participants are not selecting country first, but there is no error message to let users know when and where their mistakes are on the form. It just does not work, causing problems for them and then ultimately your customers who can't help them understand what is wrong. I wish, pretty please, to have the registration forms provide indications of what question has not be answered by highlighting the question (whichever question it is) with a red box and an error message that says "Oops! You did not complete all the required fields. Go back and look for the highlighted field(s)." Can you please share that with the development team? Thanks!
