I have another webinar on 10/17/23 which also has a video, so I'm crossing my fingers for that one as well. And this is the first I have heard of a newer GoToWebinar app so I assume I am using the classic version. Thanks. Re: Error message when playing an uploaded video Thanks for looking into this. I hope that's the case, but the videos did initially play correctly and then a few days later they didn't work. So that makes me nervous, but I am hoping for the best as my webinar is today. I just did another practice session and they played correctly. Re: Error message when playing an uploaded video Hi Glenn. My answers below. Thanks. Were you using Practice Mode or did you start the webinar early to practice? I was using Practice Mode Can you share more details about the devices that were being used? Windows PCs, Mac, Smartphones? 2 HP laptops and 1 Dell laptop How were the videos you uploaded created? Even though they are MP4s there maybe a compatibility issueThey were sent to me by the presenter, so not sure how they were created, but definitely look professionally done Have you shared videos successfully in the past? If you have could you try adding one of the past videos as a test and try to play it in a new rehearsal? Yes, have played videos many times in the past The videos did initially play last week but wouldn't play yesterday. I just deleted the 3 videos and then re-uploaded them and now they are playing. But of course, I'm still nervous about what caused the issue and if it could happen again. My webinar is tomorrow. Error message when playing an uploaded video Uploaded three MP4 videos to played during an upcoming webinar. Did a test/rehearsal today and when we try to play the videos, we get a message saying "Sorry, this portion of the webinar cannot be viewed on your device". Three of us got that message on three difference devices. What is causing this issue and how do I fix it so we can play the videos. SolvedRe: Payable on-demad webinar has expired! How can I fix this?Thank you. Good info to know before we proceed.Re: Payable on-demad webinar has expired! How can I fix this? Did you ever get a resolution to this? We are looking to start charging for on-demand videos so this is new to us. We would definitely want them available for more than just one year. Thanks. Accept Payments Feature - Stripe account We're exploring the possibility of charging for on-demand/recorded webinars. I see that a Stripe account is required. We have a Stripe Express account and wondering if that will work. Thanks. Re: See which attendees download handouts and materials? Any progress on implementing this idea/suggestion? Re: Confirmation email formatting issues Thanks. Kate. Attached is screen shot of an old and new confirmation. I reduced the size of the first email so the font is very small, but that's not the way it looks in the actual email. I didn't reduce the size in the second email. You'll see on the second confirmation email, the feature image was moved up towards the top. There is also an unnecessary box around the image, plus another unnecessary box around the "How to join the webinar" area. Would love for the formatting of the confirmation email to be changed so it looks more professional. Here is a link to the screenshot:https://national.societyoffsp.org/resource/resmgr/docs/webinar/GTW_confirmation_emails_-_sa.pdf Thanks. Confirmation email formatting issues It looks like the formatting of the webinar confirmation emails have recently changed and they do not look right. The feature image is now in a weird place towards the top and the overall formatting is off. Anyone notice this or have any thoughts on how to fix it? Thanks.
