I assume this has to do with the switch to the GoToMyPC/Logmein virtual display adapter. How do we re-enable this? Thank you, Re: Connection Issues We've had about 10 that I know of this morning. Usually just restarting the service works, but in a couple cases we've had to restart the computer AND restart the service a few minutes later. Re: Connection Issues Another user with same issue. Asked them to click the restart GoToMyPC option. Didn't' work. I had to connect to their computer and restart the service before they were able to connect. Re: Connection Issues There's definitely something going on. I just had a new computer freeze mid-session and now I cannot reconnect even though I have rebooted it. I have another existing connection working just fine. Re: Connection Issues Waiting for the host computer to connect... A connection could not be established Restarting the GoToMyPC service seems to fix the issue, but that is generally a once or twice a week sort of thing. I've had several just this afternoon. Not normal. Re: Connection Issues Just started getting calls. Re: How to fix GoToMyPC host offline or connection issues We still cannot login. Same symptoms except the ones we try installing new or reinstalling show up as unconfigured now when logging into the website as a normal user. Re: How to fix GoToMyPC host offline or connection issues Tried everything on multiple computers. What is really irritating is that we aren't getting any communications from GoTo. The last update is timestamped over 3 hours ago. Re: How to fix GoToMyPC host offline or connection issues Same. About half our computers say unavailable, and I am stuck at "waiting for the host computer to connect." They just posted about a service outage as I was troubleshooting. Re: printing pdf's What is the ETA of this being fixed? I just receive a feedback request for case #17713698 which apparently was just closed. The issue is NOT resolved. By the way, it's not just Adobe. We also have pdfDocs which completely freezes instead of giving an error message like Acrobat.
