Once I have entered some credentials, I seems that I cannot change/remove them. I can only change the title of the post. 2) I have succeeded showing the webcast in my Linkedin account, seemed to be easy. But now, doing some more tests and following the same steps, I am getting the message "failed to initiate live stream". Any idea of the reason? Thanks in advance for your help. Eneris Re: Unable to see today's webinar Analytics Hi Ash C, the situation is much worse than I thought. Many attendees of the webinar held last Thursday received the follow-up email reserved to absents. The webinar involved more than 500 attendees, the consequences are quite a disaster. Can you propose a solution asap? Moreover, the online status says that all was corrected on May 17 and that data are now available. This is not the case for my webinar. There are reports available, but their contents are wrong! It is very urgent to get the correct data given our engagement with the attendees. As an example, see the figure below, made now (Monday 18 May). Thanks. Re: Unable to see today's webinar Analytics Good to know, and you are lucky, this is not yet solved on my side! I will wait 72h as suggested by GTW. Re: Unable to see today's webinar Analytics We have similar issues with our webinar of May 14. There were incidents yesterday. GTW is working on it. May 15, 10:41 UTC Re: Webinar Registration Link now leads to my cloud recording? By default, anyone who registers to a webinar, after the date of the webinar, gets to the recording of the webinar. I do not want this to happen. The only solution I found is that after each webinar, I have to manually de-activate this option, which is automatically selected, as far as I understand. This means that I must remain connected and wait up to one hour after the webinar, until the recording is ready and I can de-active it. This is really not practical. Is it possible to change this for all webinars? Thanks. Re: Webinar Registration Link now leads to my cloud recording? Thanks to both for your answers! Fingers crossed the default behavior is changed in the future. Re: Webinar Registration Link now leads to my cloud recording? Answer to Chris Droessler: This does not answer my question. I am already doing what you are saying, as explained in my post. What I want to know is how to make is once for ever, for all webinars, rather than manually after each webinar.
