Nope, the esxi is not the problem, i have tried on my laptop in the phisical network, but it still doesn't work

Hello! Yes, I have already tried seeveral solutions such as changing the MTU, IPs, rebooting, etc. Can it be because the server is installed in an vmware esxi instance?

Cannot connect from windows server 2016
Everything looks green in logmein panel, but no clients and server cannot connect each other: I tried changing the MTU settings IP addresses, everything! But it still doesn't connect, I have used this program several times but never had this problem.
