My client just upgraded his iMac to Mojave. Now, when I remote in, neither the keyboard nor the mouse respond. I can log in and see his desktop but have no control over either the mouse or keyboard. I've tried logging in from my MacBook, iPad and iPhone. Same experience across all three of my devices. I checked Privacy/Accessibility and the lmiguiagent is enabled. Webroot is not running on my client's computer or mine. Any ideas on what to try next? Solved
