I am able to connect to the computer remotely and do everything I need to, but I cannot blank the screen or disable keyboard/mouse control (even after successfully installing the DPMS updates). The computer has two user accounts. Not sure if this has anything to do with it. Any suggestions? Showing text when blanking a screen Whenever I blank the screens on a computer, people can be under the impression that the screens are broken. Is it possible to show some text on the screens while they are blanked? So I can type "Currently updating - Do not turn off" somewhere and the user will see it? Repairing LogMeIn remotely I recently got an error on a computer: C:\windows\system32\LMIRfsClientNP.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. It cannot reach the Windows desktop without me clicking "OK" on the error message (although I can still connect to the computer using remote control) and the error recommends reinstalling or repairing LogMeIn. Is it possible to do this remotely via LogMeIn, or would I need to be physically using the computer?
