We just need them to see that they will simply click the Join link to enter the webinar. Maybe within the "Before the training" should be edited to say "Test your Connections" instead? GoTo Training email confirmations We are having a problem with our students in that they are reading the email confirmation without understanding that they do not Join the webinar through the "Before the training" instructions. They click on the test your connection link and they think that by going in there they can access the webinar. They don't understand this is an example that they will see. Would it be possible for this to be made clearer so that people will simply click the "Join" link under that whole section? Re: Would like a good screen shot of the fit button. Actually, I do not encourage them to use the Pop out button. This is something I need to understand better. The fit button is this - right? he little box to the right of the screen in the middle of the page.... Would like a good screen shot of the fit button. We have many attendees that find it difficult to adjust their view (to display the polls) and we have taken a screen shot of the fit button but it's not very good. It would be helpful if you had a good screenshot to use for instruction of this feature. Re: Excusing an Attendee Hello; I have finally had a session today that has allowed me to respond to your request. I had an attendee who we wanted to excuse but I could not. I tried multiple times to remove this person but without success. The training ID: 261-409-484. I cannot verify what type of device the person used but I could not see him on camera after asking him to enable it several times. Re: Excusing an Attendee That's right. When an attendee signs in with a cell, tablet and/or laptop or desktop, we have difficulty excusing them. Our in-house policy is that our students attend ONLY via computer/laptop so we excused them if we see they are logging in on anything other than that. This seems to be when we have the problems described. Re: Excusing an Attendee What I'm finding is that individuals who are logged in on multiple devices seem to be the ones I cannot excuse. Re: Excusing an Attendee I deliver classes on my agency laptop. I usually launch through the desktop app either from the office or remotely from home using our VPN. We do require our students to attend on their laptop/pc and not a cellular device because we seem to have reporting issues with those. Re: Excusing an Attendee Hi Kate; No, I am an Organizer but on a few sessions, when I click to excuse the individual, they simply show remaining as logged in. Excusing an Attendee I've noticed that occasionally, I will not be able to excuse an attendee during a training session. Is there some reason for this?
