Excusing an Attendee
I've noticed that occasionally, I will not be able to excuse an attendee during a training session. Is there some reason for this?

galmind thanks for the follow-up would you happen to have the name or email of the person you could not dismiss?
You can PM me, click on my username KateG on the left, in the next screen the top right you will see the option to Message Me.
Hello;
I have finally had a session today that has allowed me to respond to your request. I had an attendee who we wanted to excuse but I could not. I tried multiple times to remove this person but without success. The training ID: 261-409-484. I cannot verify what type of device the person used but I could not see him on camera after asking him to enable it several times.
galmind Thanks for getting back to me. I'm not able to replicate this behavior on my side.
If you can, would you PM me the Training ID when this happened and the name that you were unable to dismiss we can ask the product team to take a look.

That's right. When an attendee signs in with a cell, tablet and/or laptop or desktop, we have difficulty excusing them. Our in-house policy is that our students attend ONLY via computer/laptop so we excused them if we see they are logging in on anything other than that. This seems to be when we have the problems described.
Hi galmind thanks for getting back to me. Can you clarify this a bit more? The same person is logged in using multiple devices?
What I'm finding is that individuals who are logged in on multiple devices seem to be the ones I cannot excuse.
galmind thanks for getting back to me.
I've not been able to replicate this on my end, a couple more questions:
I deliver classes on my agency laptop. I usually launch through the desktop app either from the office or remotely from home using our VPN. We do require our students to attend on their laptop/pc and not a cellular device because we seem to have reporting issues with those.
HI galmind , I haven't heard this before. Can you tell me a bit more about your set-up? I'd like to try and test it out. What type of device are you using for your trainings? Do you by any chance know how those you can't dismiss are connecting?
Hi Kate;
No, I am an Organizer but on a few sessions, when I click to excuse the individual, they simply show remaining as logged in.
