I am not able to Create a Technician in the necessary Technician Team
Hi Team, My manager - Master Administrator - added me as an Administrator in the Administration Centre but I am not able to Create a Technician in the necessary Technician Team. This is the error "Error: You do not have rights to access this item". Nor can I change password for Technicians. Can you assist us? Thanks Gary979Views0likes1Comment
