It'd be great to run a report that shows a list of computers that have any alerts, any threats, number of acknoledge threats, etc. LMI AntiVirus Export Feature I've updated a handful of PC's to the LMI Anti-Virus. I went to search by all of the PC's that show "LogMeIn AV" in the search field, which then displayed all PC's that we're installed with LMI AV. But when I export the list, thelist doesn't show just those computers, it shows all computers. In addition the exported AntiVirus report doesn't show any of the PC's that i've updated it still shows the previous antivirus software that was installed. LMI AV Utilizes a lot of resources With the rollout of the LMI Anti-Virus solution it appears this is utilizing a lot of resources to install. Is there a specific reason why? A few of the PC's i've installed LMI AV on, looking at Task Manager LogMeIn.exe is running anywhere between 380,000k to 450,000k. Hopefully there's a solution in the works to reduce this. But if no one else has reported it, here you go.:smileyhappy: Re: Central shows user logged into pc, on pc no user logged in LMI Support - This has seriously been an issue for the past three years we've used LMI. When using the Central Page the green icon continues to show a user is logged into the server but no one is connected. There needs to be a refresh period or something built into the application that refreshes the Central page. Re: LogMeIn Antivirus - Servers and Mac Is there a release for Servers? We're trying to convert some 700+ computers which include servers from Kaspersky to LMI Av. We'd prefer to keep everything to one platform versus having a hodge podge of AV solutions. I do hope this is on the radar.
