ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: MacOS Catalina Support I'm running 10.15.1 Catalina and LogMeIn version 4.1.7284. I have no issues controlling remote clients. I have full functionality. You might try and clear your PRAM and see if that resolves your issue. Re: MacOS Catalina Support Ok, we're talking about two different things then. I was talking about the client not the control panel. Glad that they at least acknowledge that the control panel doesn't work and that a new version is coming. Re: MacOS Catalina Support Craig, did you read this entire thread? LogMeIn is indeed supported under Catalina. I have it running right now. Read the thread you you'll find the solution that works. Re: MacOS Catalina Support I can confirm that this resolved all issues with remote control. After applying the fix and upgrading to Catalina I was able to remote in and manage a machine. Re: MacOS Catalina Support What I guess was happening was since I had the 32bit version installed it was only checking on updates for the 32bit version and not checking for newer software overall. I am going to upgrade to Catalina tonight and give logmein a try and see if I get the same issues you are having and report back here my results. Fixing LogMeIn for MacOS Catalina It wasn't clear to me that LogMeIn had a 64bit client so that I could upgrade my MacOS to the new Catalina. I tried to check for updates and it said I was up to date, however checking the bitwise of my LogMeIn app always showed that it was indeed still 32bit. What I discovered was that I had to completly uninstall and remove all of LogMeIn by following these instructions and then re-installing from my weblogin. Hopefully this will help someone else. https://help.logmein.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/How-do-I-uninstall-LogMeIn-for-Mac-manually/?l=en_US&fs=RelatedArticle Re: MacOS Catalina Support Ok, I ran the uninstall script and completely removed logmein, downloaded it again and this time it comes up as the 64bit app version 4.1.7151. Would be nice if LogMeIn was a little more clear about this! Re: MacOS Catalina Support Well, when I log into my logmein account and click the download arrow in the upper right I then click on the Mac Desktop App, that installs the LogMeIn client which is what I use. Is there a link to their 64 bit version that I am missing? Re: MacOS Catalina Support It looks like we are talking about two different applications, you do have a 64bit client however the latest available DL for the Mac Desktop App is still only 32bit. Re: MacOS Catalina Support Ahankins, as far as I know, full disk access is just as it sounds, if checked it allows logmein full access to your local disk. I have not upgraded to Catalina for the simple fact that I support hundreds of remote users and I can't afford to lose access to logmein. You might want to check if your client is indeed 64bit by following the below steps from OSXdaily... I update my client yesterday and it's still reporting 32bit. http://osxdaily.com/2018/03/06/find-32-bit-apps-mac/ Regards
