One of my regular presenters wants to show updates to a products mobile app, but we couldn't find a way of them doing so. I've seen posts from 3-4 years ago saying at the time it was limited to iPads and other posts indicating this functionality might be included in future update - now we're in the future and I wanted to check if was on the roadmap and/or estimated time for inlcusion. Many thanks, Re: Add reaction options for attendees KateG andGlennD, are these reactions also available in the web based version? I notice the original idea was posted in 2022, but I have not seen the functionality for my webinars? Are any customer ideas heading into the product soon? Hey GoToWebinar folk! Recording playback speed options... Webinar templates which copy everything about the setup... Excluding specific domains from joining Webinars... Better reporting (inc those who've downloaded handouts, much better reporting needed for GoToStage)... Approve/deny registration on GoToStage to view recordings... Just some of the ideas I've contributed and commented on over the years I've been using GoToWebinar and GoToStage. How do the ideas get accepted? Do we have to vote on them? My team are looking outside GoToWebinar and Stage as user requirements are not being met. PleaseGlennD andAshC any useful updates you can share? Thanks! Re: MP4 Audio Issues not heard by Attendees uncharted territory for me now... Re: MP4 Audio Issues not heard by Attendees Chris Droessler this is the first export screen. I choose local file or Custom Production - both pretty much end up in the same place. this screen shot is not relevant - I think - but including for info The drop down box in this option starts at 6kbps anything else I can show you which might be helpful? MP4 Audio Issues not heard by Attendees Hello I export Camtasia recordings to MP4 format, hopefully you can see the setting below. I don't get any more complex than that. Myself and colleagues have had issues within the last week where some audience members could not hear the audio on recordings which had been uploaded to the scheduled event and shared by the presenter. I have found instructions on your support site on how to change browser settings in Explorer, but nothing about Chrome or Firefox for example. I've also seen other similar threads around encoding, codec, sample rates and bit rates, but I don't understand it to try it. Can you help? Re: stop broadcast- post event calls mcmahonbrian10 ccAshC Great idea! Wish I'd submitted it. I always always always have a post event call with my panelists and presenters but I revert to MS Teams to do so. It would be a fantastic addition to have the option to stop the broadcast, let the attendees leave but continue to discuss the event with those on the 'staff' list. Re: Approve/Deny Registration on GoToStage AshCTo echothe comment fromdavid-parkis there a timeframe for this change? I send webinar invites out to distribution lists, but have no way of restricting the recordings from random viewers as per the original issue stated bydpiserchia. Ideally I would like to restrict recording views to specific domains or maybe even email addresses. Re: Custom Registration Question - Answer Character Limit Thanks AshC, much appreciated! Custom Registration Question - Answer Character Limit Hello Community! Is I want to add a custom question to my registration page, but I cannot see anything detailing how many characters the 'short answer' type is limited to. Anyone know please? Solved
