Re: Screen resolutions changing after exiting LogMeIn I should expand on my issue (which is actually probably different than the one here - maybe I should post a new topic?). At the office, I'm working on my PC at 1680x1050. When I log in from home, LogMeIn displays it at 1360 x 765. The "native" resolution at home is 1680 x 1050 also, I believe. When I get back to the office, that monitor is then at 1360. The other monitor behaves normally. Re: Screen resolutions changing after exiting LogMeIn It's a Radeon Pro WX5100 Re: Screen resolutions changing after exiting LogMeIn Did this get resolved in a subsequent release? I'm having a similar issue running Windows 21H1 and LogMeIn 4.1.0.14512 Connecting from a client whose native resolution matches the host, I only get a lesser resolution option, so my visible host screen only takes up about 2/3 of the client's screen. Excessive scrolling in Word and Excel A couple of my users are complaining that scrolling is uncontrollable when working in long spreadsheets or Word documents. The amount of scrolling (either on the sidebar or using the mouse wheel) that historically would move, say, twenty lines is now moving hundreds of lines. I'm certain that it's due to the lag in transmission from the client to the host. Any suggestions I can share with them to control this behavior? Thanks in advance. Client is frequently disconnected One of my clients is being disconnected at random while working remotely. I don't think there's a timeout setting on either end. Any suggestions on what else he should try? Re: Chrome says user redirected too many times I wouldn't have thought of using an incognito window to get around some of those issues. Next time! Re: Chrome says user redirected too many times Thanks for the response. After posting this, I discovered that the user was installing from a Mac and a second user reported the same issue. One changed from Safari to Chrome and was able to install. The other received the same message from both Safari & Chrome; I resolved that one by sending them the dmg file by email. Chrome says user redirected too many times A user on a client computer is receiving a message from Chrome that secure.logmein.com redirected them too many times. Chrome suggests that they clear their cache, which they've done without success. They're trying to get logged in to download the installer for the windows client app. Any suggestions?
