Request keyboard / mouse control in new GoTo app
I used the new fangled desktop app experience with a customer for the first time today. I was frustrated to find that the ability to request guest screen share and guest mouse control from the contextual menu next to the guest's name was absent. I wasted a lot of time in the meeting as a result! I spoke to tech support who told me this functionality is coming but is not yet available in the new app. I don't recall this reduced functionality being made clear upfront anywhere andI don't recall being given a warning. When I make an attendee a Presenter, their window display changes to show the GoToMeeting console in the top right hand corner. As it takes up a lot of the screen's real estate, they can collapse the console by clicking on the 'Collapse' icon (the two diagonally pointing arrows immediately above the microphone icon). But is there a way to either do this for them or alternatively, to pre- configure GTM so it auto collapses for them. I'm doing some online training for a tetraplegic individual at the moment so they can't operate their mouse to do it. ThanksSolved1.4KViews1like2Comments
