ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: Screen Blanking not working after Windows 10 2004 I tried the update in the client from the icon bar. It says that I "will be notified when it is ready to be installed." I have tried a couple of times in the past hour and nothing has happened. Not sure if this means an auto update? Will it download an .msi? Do I need to turn on something in LogMeIn Central to allow the download. Re: Screen Blanking not working after Windows 10 2004 I am in secure.logmein.com. I cannot seem to find just the download file. Re: Screen Blanking not working after Windows 10 2004 Where can I find the update installation program? Re: Screen Blanking not working after Windows 10 2004 PPalette, In Windows 10 there are updates given through Windows Update. This happens once a month for the big updates. About twice a year, the version is updated. It usually includes new features for Windows 10 as well as fixes and enhancements. You can find your version open your Start Menu and select the gear to go to Settings. Select the box for System. On the left, pick About. Under 'Windows Specifications' you will see your version. Here is one place which lists the recent builds. Version 20H2 is the latest. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-health/ In version 2004, many things broke right away. In our college we had many wireless and network issues right away. Version 2004 may not be uninstalled like many Windows Updates. Back to this thread about LogMeIn. One thing that broke for this program was the screen blanking feature. We are all hoping that the programmers at LogMeIn can come up with a solution to what Microsoft broke. It has been many months. Re: Screen Blanking not working after Windows 10 2004 EBoon, For us, that is not an option. The primary monitor and CPU are a single-piece unit. If you turn off secondary monitors, it will revert all windows on those displays back to the built-in one. For us at least, a poor state of operation. Re: Screen Blanking not working after Windows 10 2004 Any updates on this feature?
