It is exactly poor compatibility like this which is what caused us to cancel our subscription to GoToMeeting and start using an alternative program. Disappointing..

Why no news on this yet? It is ridiculous that Firefox is not supported.. It is supported by a lot of much less well known/ established (and free..) services! When will this be available? I don't want to have to install a new browser specifically to use this service when Firefox is supported on everything else!
