Hello, Same issue here. It's seems this issue has been raised for years now and we are still struggling with it. We often need to remotely connect to computers for urgent assistance, and this not working as it should is leading to even more stress. - Having to send a one time session link. - Ask the user to download and install the agent. - Switch to admin mode. - Ask the user to validate the UAC. Only then the IT guy is able to do his job... For information unattended agent is 5.11.0.2250.
