Agree that this issue is adding significant time to my day when trying to resolve issues. Having to re-type scripts into or out of the cmd window is wasting valuable time and means that more often than not taking over the users session is required to efficiently resolve issues (but obviously now interrupting the end user and wasting their time) Please get this resolved soon!3.5KViews1like0CommentsRe: Command prompt closes immediately on connecting
I can also confirm that this is happening from the Logmein Client and can only access sites that get cmd prompt instead of powershell. Access via the web dashboard does work as KB-BC mentioned but is so much slower to access than the direct option in the Logmein Client.4.3KViews1like1Comment
