The mobile browser experience at console.gotoassist.com is HORRIBLE, text doesn't reflow for mobile screens forcing the use of desktop mode and then there's no way to trigger the on screen keyboard to come up and there's no way to right click on anything when remoting into a screen! It's basically useless. This was possible with v4 and your competitors have a mobile app capable of remoting into a desktop just fine for DECADES (TeamViewer, now AnyDesk as well -- made by former TeamViewer folks, Microsoft's own Remote Desktop, VNC, DameWare Remote Everywhere, just to name a few). Why on earth would you spend so much time developing an app to assist folks on mobile but forego assisting them WITH MOBILE? Makes zero sense. Right now there's zero way to remove more than one unattended device at a time from the portal thus forcing us to come up with our own method via API -- which doesn't exist. If your own **bleep** website had a select all shown and a delete button it'd be one thing but the API is still needed for scripts to auto remove devices during VDI clone destruction which happens on logoff for non-persistent pools and VMWare Horizons (among others) supports running scripts during this action. That would keep our environment clean given we use GoToAssist for our VDI, installation being done via MSI login script.
