Sidebar does not follow the text sent. When sending text in chat, the bar is not tracking/scrolling according to the texts being sent. Hi, KateG . Does the file transfer complete or are you unable to transfer the file at all? Despite the inconvenience, yes, I can transfer the files. Once the file transfer is complete do you regain control? Yes, I can! Does this happen with any other computers or just this one? Thanks! I'm still not sure, but on some it happens that the application closes. Important info I forgot to mention. This only happens when transferring files from the client workstation to the Support Agent.
