I am then prompted to reconnect again. I am unable to determine any unusual behavior from the logs. Am I able to send to a rep so it may be reviewed for resolution? Please let me know where I can send this to. Slow Connection & Constant Lost Connection I am experiencing very slow connection to one particular host computer as soon as I connect. There is a significant delay on everything. I have made sure LogMeIn has been updated and have rebooted the host several times. I also uninstalled and reinstalled LogMeIn on the host computer and that did not resolve it. I also lose connection every few minutes that requires me to reconnect. It is not the internet connection as I am able to access other host computers with ease & full functionality. Every rep who reached out to address my ticket had me uninstall/reinstall the program several times & then said it was the firewall which it is not. All other machines at our firm have not had any issue. I had uninstalled and re-installed LogMeIn several times at the start of this and its going on weeks now without a solution. I am still unable to connect to the host computer even though the control panel says it is accessible. The only way I can restart LogMeIn is by restarting my computer. Otherwise, it just endlessly spins. As mentioned by another user, I can also connect to other machines from the affected machine, I just cannot connect to this specific one. I have uninstalled & reinstalled LogMeIn numerous times and tried disabling the firewall but nothing has worked. The reps I talked to on the phone just walk me through uninstalling the program & I have not found a resolution.
