Still having this issue with zero answers from Logmein Support. Ive called them at least 5 times this week. There initial fix seems to work initially then reverts back to not seeing any icons or dock. Im having the same issue. I ve called support 5 times this week. All seem to "fix" the issue temporarily. Then a couple hours later its back to exactly how it was. I called customer service 3 times. None of them had a good answer. Only work around is to go to energy saver and tell your display to never go to sleep. The other work around was to force your system to reboot from logmein preferences. Then you may have a time slot where your display auto turns on during startup. Terrible that logmein doesnt have a proper fix. BTW Team Viewer does not have this issue!5.7KViews1like3Comments
