I am fairly certain that a major portion of your clients would like to be able to use more space for questions and answers in the polling. That said, I am 100% in favor of this upgrade. My vote is a definitive yes. Re: Co-organizer sound randomly stops working Thank you for your response. When we started our practice run the other day, we were talking before we launched the recording. At one point, I was not able to hear her, as in mid-sentence, she went dead. I called her name a couple of times, and she was able to tell me through the chat feature that she could hear me. She immediately told me that she would log off and log back on to see if it would resolve the issue. I had to do the same, as she still wasn't audible when she logged back in. Once I logged off and then back on, it resolved the issue. Both the moderator and I work from home full-time. My moderator has an Ethernet cable, has tested the speed, and has also experienced some word stretching in her audio. I have fiber optics and push around 800 on my speed. I have not experienced this issue in the 20+ years that I have been conducting virtual sessions. Co-organizer sound randomly stops working During a recent dry run, we experienced a drop in my moderator's (also a co-organizer) audio. We each have to log off individually and log back on before the audio issue is resolved. Additionally, we are hearing a reverb (stretching out the words from time to time) in the audio. Registration notification mail I used to receive emails when a participant submitted a registration request, and suddenly I no longer receive a notification. My company uses a third party IT and I have checked in my Outlook folders for the emails, and found nothing in my SPAM folder. I then checked in our quarantine folder (from our third party vendor), and there weren't any registration emails in that folder from registrants. Please let me know if there is something else that I can check or change to enable me to receive the registration emails again. I am checking the dashboard every 5–10 minutes to ensure that I do not miss any notifications. SolvedRe: Character limit increase for polling questions. kate G, This is awesome news! This shows us (the end user community) that we do have a voice and can be the voice of change. I had to try it a couple of times, but I finally got the toggle to stay in the "On" position. I have checked it several times since this morning, and it seems to be working fine now. I am not sure what I did to get it to stay in the on position, but it worked, so it appears to be working fine. Thank you again for the assistance. Re: Reminder Notifications I spoke to my IT department, which actually "turned on" the email notification for our use. However, when I go into the settings and "turn on" the slider, it turns back off as soon as I close out of the application. What do I need to do to get it to stay on?
