We had the following feedback in one of our recent training sessions using Gotomeeting: "Auro captions need to censor curse words and racial slurs. Some words words misconstrued by the program in the goto meetings" I get its a Beta feature and the auto captioning itself is going to struggle at first (hopefully it gets better over time). But one of our attendees complained about the lack of censoring in the Closed Captioning. As to the "Racial Slur" comment, none of our presenters use any words that are commonly considered racial slurs, so it must be a word that was also mis-transcribed in the Closed Captioning. Unfortunately our survey was anonymous so we cannot provide more info beyond what they said. SolvedRe: Turn off Always on top! Yes I see that, thanks. Re: Turn off Always on top! But the original issue still stands. If I'm using gotomeeting and I need to be able to pop up notepad or something similar to save some notes, I cannot do it because the new goto app is literally on top of everything else. Especially when there is a presenter in popout mode, which we need to do for our purpose. there is no "minimize screen share" either in popup mode, you can only resize it. I need to be able to turn OFF "goto on top of everything else". The fact that you are justifying not adding a feature because "its not how I use it" is bonkers to me. Other people have other uses for the software you know. Re: When will the GoTo App allow attendees to breakout webcams and other windows? I'm glad to hear that. Now I do have another question which I don't know if you guys can answer it, but one of our clients has security restrictions on video feeds. Here's the question: Their restriction applies to "Webcams", but not "Screensharing" in the old version of Gotomeeting. However, the new version of Gotomeeting, screensharing is now restricted. Is it a protocol difference? (TCP/IP vs UDP?) For that client we're having to use the old version of gotomeeting specifically because its the only one where screen sharing actually works. When will the GoTo App allow attendees to breakout webcams and other windows? Attendees need to be able to separate cameras/chat, etc.... When will this feature be imported into the new version of Goto? Until then we HAVE to keep using the old version because we use Gotomeeting on multimonitor setups and being able to separate the Cameras, the Chat Window, etc... is KEY feature that we cannot give up.
