The only workaround we have found (apart from rebooting the device), is to connect to another device on the network and then use Local Services on the connected device to access the Services on the device that is reporting as being off-line and restarting the GoToResolve service. This seems to work around 99% of the time (only applies to Windows devices though). Re: Strange purple glitching when in remote sessions Seems to be related to mouse movement. If we use the tried and trusted WIndows shortcut keys, the issue doesn't seem to occur. Re: Strange purple glitching when in remote sessions We get this issue consistently on one particular end-user PC. Restarting the PC and/or GTR has no effect. No setting changes make any difference either. Re: Strange purple glitching when in remote sessions We have had the same issue on a couple of machines and not found a solution via GTR yet. Instead we use GTR to another machine on the same network and then RDP to the original machine. Not a great solution, but works. Re: Unattended access connecting into RDP sessions on Windows Server instead of to the console If it is the 'intended behaviour' does that mean it hasn't been working properly for the last two years by connecting to the Admin session?? Logically you would want to connect to the Admin session and then use the Windows system to shadow the relevant RDP session. Re: Unattended access connecting into RDP sessions on Windows Server instead of to the console Same issue here. I thought it was me at first! Re: Cannot connect to managed device Seems to be resolved now. Re: Cannot connect to managed device Strangely, I can reboot and reconnect to a machine that I have been working on for the last two hours. Re: Cannot connect to managed device are getting a similar issue. We can see the list of devices, but when we try and connect we either get a spinning circle of death or a Zero Trust failure. Re: Unattended agent not correctly reinstalling Glenn, As so many users are getting this issue, would it be possible for the script to be made accessible so that we can download it without having to request it? We have had this issue on a number of sites and have ended up having to connect to another system on the customer site, then using RDP to access the machine with the issue to clean up the GTR install and then re-installing GTR.
