Logically you would want to connect to the Admin session and then use the Windows system to shadow the relevant RDP session. We have had this issue on a number of sites and have ended up having to connect to another system on the customer site, then using RDP to access the machine with the issue to clean up the GTR install and then re-installing GTR. Re: Unattended agent not correctly reinstalling I had the same issue over the weekend manually updating a whole site where the auto-update just failed to work. I got around the issue by using GTR to go to one server and then RDP'ing from there to the server with the issue, removing GTR, rebooting and then re-installing GTR using the EXE file. The MSI kept telling me there was a CAB file missing. Automatic Note Taking I have noticed that in the latest release of GoToResolve the notes for the session seem to be automatically created and we now have to manually choose not to create the notes after the first set of notes has been created. Is there are a setting to disable this, as the notes generated just clog up the reports with information that is not required? Some of our sessions can last several hours if we are working on server updates and our users enter there own notes at the end of the session. A General Notes Section On theDevice Information screen it would be helpful to have a field in which we could enter some general notes about the system. (e.g. only reboot between 19:00 and 05:00, SQL Version number, etc.) Groups - Sorting enhancement The list of Groups seems to sort in a random order (possibly) order of creation. We can sort the list manually into alphabetical order, but it doesn't keep this setting and we have to keep re-sorting. An option to either set the default sort order or to save the selected sort order would be very helpful.
