Bulk Texting Suggestion
Suggestion: We recently enabled texting text messaging for one of our phone lines and like its ability to interface with individual customers. There are times when we need to send out a bulk notification to individual customers, rather than a mass text message. This would be a great feature to add for us to contact potentially thousands of customers via text in one go.Include all available features in the Salesforce Integration
Suggestion: It would be nice to have all of the GoTo Connect features available for the Salesforce Integration. Right now we have to pull out phone numbers to send out text through the app rather than sending it out directly through the Salesforce integration. Additionally, we do not have access to the contact center through the integration.
