But when they forget to do this, they aren't able to reject a call even after that while in the meeting. When they receive a call but are in a meeting, they try to reject the call on the computer (Windows 10 Pro GoTo Web Client) so it stops ringing. However the line just keeps ringing after hitting reject no matter how many times it's pressed. We've compared it to other call queues and the settings look to be all the same on both. Any ideas what may cause this? Re: Ring group change to Call Queue Thank you, So quite new with GoTo in general but the way things were set up previously is having ring groups for sections like IT, reception, Merchandise support etc... now with the roll out of the contact center and monitor features within the call queues, they are wanting to set up within the contact center but needing to convert ring groups to call queues in order to meet this expectation. Just trying to think smarter not harder. Ring group change to Call Queue Any way to merge a Ring Group into a Call Queue without having to rebuild everything.
